Handling Time
Physical orders ship within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
Digital Delivery
Digital downloads are delivered instantly on the confirmation page and remain available in your Order History.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo for a free replacement. For lost shipments, allow 5 business days past the estimate, then reach out — we will trace it and make it right. Digital files that fail to download can be re-fetched anytime from Order History.
